Sales & Fulfillment Policy
All sales are final. Padilla Graphics Ink does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock, the customer will be issued a store credit in the amount paid. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-ship products require 1–3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
All pre-order, custom, or handmade, or made per order items require a turnaround time of 1–2 weeks before shipment.
Once an order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.
Padilla Graphics Ink is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
